Livelihood & Economic Development

Livelihood & Economic Development

The Livelihood & Economic Development Program of HMSA Care Foundation is focused on creating sustainable income opportunities and improving the economic well-being of underserved communities. Our goal is to empower individuals, especially youth and women, with the skills, resources, and support needed to build secure and independent lives.

We provide vocational training, skill development workshops, and entrepreneurship support in areas such as agriculture, tailoring, carpentry, small-scale manufacturing, digital services, and more. By equipping individuals with practical skills and linking them to markets, we help them start or grow their own businesses.

The program also includes micro-finance initiatives, self-help group formation, and financial literacy sessions, enabling participants to manage their finances effectively and plan for the future.

By fostering economic independence and job creation, this program not only lifts individuals out of poverty but also contributes to the overall growth and resilience of communities. Through sustainable livelihoods, we aim to transform lives and reduce long-term dependency on aid.
