1. Donations are Non-Refundable

All donations made to HMSA Care Foundation are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be refunded or canceled for any reason, as funds are immediately allocated to our charitable programs and initiatives.

2. Errors in Donation

If you believe that an error has occurred in the amount or nature of your donation (e.g., duplicate donation or incorrect amount), please notify us immediately. We will review the issue and take appropriate action, which may include a partial or full refund in rare and exceptional cases.

3. Fraudulent Transactions

If you suspect any unauthorized or fraudulent use of your payment details, contact your bank or payment provider immediately. HMSA Care Foundation will not be liable for any misuse unless it is proven that the error occurred due to our negligence.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (in exceptional cases such as duplicate donations), please write to us with full details of the transaction, including:

Date of donation

Transaction ID or payment reference

Amount donated

Reason for refund request
